My dear readers,
I am mad, scared, confused. The more I think about it, the more nausea it generates. Jeez!
Our incapacity to see the suffering in someone else, our rage towards neighbours, our love to blame others for ones own suffering — Can you not see it everywhere?
And it is infectious. It generates individuality and separation, and this saddens my heart.
So I heard the other day that birds just have it in their genes.
Like, they are born knowing how to make nests. To survive. No one is there to show them. The information they need is always there, inside them, part of their DNA. An entangled piece of data, packed in a molecule swirl. Genetic instructions for the development and functioning of living organisms.

There is a bloody instruction manual? Yes. A biological coding language. We have it in us — all the time.
But how do you know how to read it? Well, I am sure they have figured it out, bioinformatics it’s called. They give letters to different sequences or something like that. I am not a gene expert myself, not even close!
But we mortal beings have to use our intuition.
We may not know how to build nests, but we carry within us an innate wisdom that, when tapped into, can guide us.
Just as birds have their genetic instructions, we humans have our inner compass. It's not coded in our DNA in the same way, but it's there, in our emotions, and our deepest desires.
Living passionately and freely means breaking free from the constraints of societal expectations and the fear of judgment that often holds us back. It means embracing our true selves, with all our quirks and imperfections, and pursuing what truly ignites our souls.
But how do we access this innate wisdom? How do we break free from the cycle of blame, separation, and individuality that saddens the world?
The first step is recognizing our interconnectedness. Just as birds instinctively know their role in the ecosystem, we too are part of a greater whole. When we embrace this truth, we begin to see that our actions affect others, and theirs affect us.
Like birds following their instincts, we need to learn to trust our intuition. This doesn't mean ignoring logic or reason, but rather finding a balance between our rational mind and our inner knowing. When we're aligned with our true selves, decisions become clearer, and we can navigate life with more ease and joy.
By quieting the constant chatter of our minds, we create space to hear the subtle whispers of our intuition. This can guide us towards living more authentically and passionately. Like a bird taking its first flight, we must be willing to leap into the unknown, trusting that our inner wisdom will guide us.
While we may not have the same instinctual knowledge as birds, we do have our form of innate wisdom. By reconnecting with this inner guidance, embracing our interconnectedness, and having the courage to live authentically, we can break free from the cycle of blame and separation.
Living passionately and freely is not about having all the answers or never experiencing fear or doubt. It's about embracing life in all its complexity, trusting our inner compass, and having the courage to spread our wings and fly. Like the birds, we have everything we need within us. It's time to trust that wisdom and soar.
With love,

Our minds often seem to overpower our intuition. Maybe the next phase in human evolution is about re-linking mind and intuition, using our intellect to support our gut feelings rather than mute them. In today's hyper-stimulated world, tuning into this inner voice is tough. But reconnecting with nature always seems to guide us back to it.
